Indeed there was a time I used to look into my father’s eyes, in a happy home and those days are gone and the memories are what I have of him. He imparted a lot which has served me well now that I am my own man. I still remember how it all changed….

We ruled the world,
Thought I’ll never lose her out of sight

I think of her now and then
Still hear the song reminding me of a friend

Indeed there was a time I met a girl of a different kind. It was as though we ruled the world and I thought that was something we would always share and thoughts pervade to this day, as I am reminded often of a friend.
