It&#8217;s supposed to be non-habit forming antihistamine with sedative properties. It&#8217;s essentially Benadryl but I bought the Equate brand. I read that &#8220;the drug has a strong hypnotic effect&#8221; so this may contribute to the dream state I&#8217;ve experienced.<br \/>\n<strong>I am only taking 25 mg half doses and I have no desire to use it for any other reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>The dreams are interesting though.<\/h3>\n<p>Last night I had several micro dreams. \u00a0I&#8217;m at loss for all the details but I recall the feelings surrounding. \u00a0I will briefly share a few of the details that I remember.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Blake, who is an old friend, \u00a0joined me at a church before service and there was skateboarding on the pews. \u00a0There was a random girl inside a room with a glass door.<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:10px\"><\/div><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">It seemed my maternal grandfather was driving my paternal grandmother and I \u00a0in a van during a light winter storm. \u00a0I inquired of his faith and whether \u00a0he was still agnostic. \u00a0I started to share my new born faith but we were interrupted by something. \u00a0He got out of the van and walked to a lit doorway.<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:10px\"><\/div><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">I was driving a monster truck around town. \u00a0It was loud, obnoxious, and every bit a legitimate monster truck. \u00a0I was in a slightly familiar place with streets that I had seen before. \u00a0Megan, my former wife, \u00a0met me at a cafe or someplace. \u00a0We were like old friends catching up after years of separation. \u00a0Our son was not there but he was a highlight of our conversation. \u00a0I felt anxious and wanted to share more than what time offered. \u00a0I remember that I left the keys to the truck in the ignition and had a concern it would be stolen but kept telling myself otherwise. \u00a0I wanted to show her the truck and take her for a spin but when we walked toward where it was parked it wasn&#8217;t there. \u00a0We walked through a park and smiled and laughed and shared current and past memories. \u00a0She had to leave and I was left with the monster truck and an empty passenger seat. \u00a0The whole experience was reminiscent of how all love affairs begin. \u00a0Later, reflecting on this was reminiscent of how all love affairs end.<div class=\"su-spacer\" style=\"height:10px\"><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This isn&#8217;t the whole account, just what I remember most vividly. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Wake up, you&#8217;re gettin&#8217; high on your own supply<br \/>\nOh, baby, you&#8217;re still alive when you could&#8217;ve died, oh<br \/>\nThe world is not around because of you<br \/>\nYou know I&#8217;m not around because of you<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>More lyrics: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lyricsmode.com\/lyrics\/p\/phantogram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.lyricsmode.com\/lyrics\/p\/phantogram\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1810\" alt=\"dreams-came-true\" src=\"http:\/\/jarodthornton.com\/bemis3lf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/08\/dreams-came-true.jpg\" width=\"492\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jarodthornton.com\/bemis3lf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2013\/08\/dreams-came-true.jpg 615w, https:\/\/jarodthornton.com\/bemis3lf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2013\/08\/dreams-came-true-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 492px) 100vw, 492px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dreams Came True by <a class=\"text_color\" href=\"browse-author.php?a=39112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chagdali\u00a0Ismail<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I started having a few strange dreams that coincide with trying diphenhydramine as a sleep aid.
