If I could have any car on earth, this 90 Honda CRX ( Civic Revolution Gen X ) would be on the top of the list I would choose from.

I love(d) this car.

I had an 89 Civic Hatch DX, beater, loved it too, but…

My plans for this car are to make her as JDM as possible w/o ricing her out, while retaining the OEM look. Let me know what you think.

• Sohc ZC vtec engine swap
• CRX si tranny (synchros going out slightly)
• New axles
• Poly bushings
• Front and rear strut bars
• catback, resignator, glass pack, high flow cat
• Adjustable CAM
• Apexi Vafc
• Skunk 2 short shifter and weighted shift knob
• Leather-type seat covers
• Power windows (only drivers installed)

This body of this car is currently undergoing an entire tear down and rebuild. There was minor rust around the rear quarters and the rocker panels. You couldn’t tell for the body panels. I’m grinding the cancer out – inhibiting the rust and rebuilding any un-salvaged areas. I haven’t decided on the paint color but I plan on using the OEM color as a flake in a flat black or some variation.
There are a number of other mods unlisted. I’ll get to them sooner or later.
